As one of the largest full-service concrete construction companies in the Southeast, Precision has the staff, equipment and knowledge to internally complete all facets of concrete construction. We supply, form, place and finish all elements necessary to complete your concrete project from foundations, slabs and hardscapes, to the tallest concrete frame.
We have a powerful combination of human, financial and physical resources to handle the largest project while maintaining high quality work even in the smallest details. We work closely with clients, offering them a history of construction experience and pre-construction expertise along with skilled field and management staff. We work as a proven team to produce excellent results at top speed.
Preconstruction Services
Beyond the normal estimating tasks Precision can help with value engineering and design constructability review.
We can budget the project from schematic design to help keep the project in budget through the completion of the design phase. We can provide value engineering options based on our experienced staff of estimators and reviews by our operations personnel.
Project Management/Supervision
When the construction phase is approaching our Project Managers and Superintendents are ready to get involved and make the project a reality. They will produce a project specific safety plan, detailed project schedule, procure materials, start detailed drawing reviews and start solving problems.
Our Superintendents will immediately work with our clients to establish a dimensional control plan, and review concrete mix designs for the proper application. They will review hoisting options and size the proper crane that can build the project. They will review site logistics and establish a working site logistics plan.
Our Project Manager and Project Engineers will perform a detailed review and coordination of the formwork and reinforcing steel shop drawings. There will be no stamp and send without review. They will review the drawings and start submitting RFI's to head off problems before they effect work in the field.
Operations Divisions Specialties
- Turnkey Concrete Division: concrete frames, foundation and wall packages, slab on grades, slab on metal deck, high tolerance floors, tilt-up construction, hardscape packages.
- Place and Finish Division: commercial flatwork, high rise concrete frames, high rise slab on metal decks, heavy industrial slabs, hardeners, high tolerance floors.
- Field Engineering: crews provide complete dimension control utilizing the latest robotic equipment.

We pride ourselves in the number of long term employees that are proud to make Precision the best we can be. Currently we have over 60 employees that have been with Precision for over 10 years.
Precision utilizes the most advanced technology and sophisticated equipment in the industry. By utilizing state-of-the-art automated machine control systems on our laser screed, motor grader and bulldozer, we can prepare the sub grade and base material then place concrete accurately, whether the design calls for flat, sloped or contoured elevations. Since we own our equipment and warehouse and maintenance facilities, we have access to all types of concrete equipment, forming systems, and reinforcing steel to keep your project on schedule.
