We pay from 60 to 80% of the employee and family coverage. Precision employees may also choose to establish a Flexible Spending Account providing a before-tax method of paying for certain health care and dependent care expenses. All employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan. There are a wide variety of investment options to choose from and employees can save from 1% to 100% of their eligible compensation up to the Federal dollar limit. Another way Precision supports their employees is by matching 50% of the first 4% of compensation the employee contributes.
